Guitano will report to CBS President/CEO Leslie Moonves.

Guitano also will report to CBS Radio President/CEO Dan Mason and new CBS Television Stations President Peter Dunn, helping to advance each division’s financial, strategic and operating objectives, the company said. Guitano also will lead CBS’s efforts to capitalize on its local news and Internet properties.
