CBS Radio restructured its senior management.

President/CEO Dan Mason takes over direct oversight of stations in New York, Los Angeles, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Detroit, Houston, Philadelphia, San Francisco and Washington.

Scott Herman will now oversee all other CBS Radio stations. He was promoted to executive vice president of operations.

Michael Weiss becomes president of sales for the division; he comes from Interep, where he heads up sales for the CBS Radio division of that rep firm. Weiss replaces Michael Kincaid who resigned for medial reasons, CBS said, and will take a new position at CBS later.

Regional VPs Don Bouloukos and Lisa Decker remain as senior VPs/market managers for New York, and Seattle and Portland, respectively. Bouloukos also takes the role of SVP/GM of WFAN(AM).
