CBS Radio Pittsburgh was named as the official “radio media partner” for the EQT Pittsburgh Three Rivers Regatta held annually over the July 4th weekend.
The “regatta,” in its 32nd year, features boat races, music, fireworks, picnics along with other activities and is expected to draw around 300,000 people from the southeast Pennsylvania region and adjacent counties in other states.
CBS Radio Pittsburgh consists of KDKA(AM), WBZW(FM), WZPT(FM) and WDSY(FM). The regatta will be marketed on all stations and their Web sites in the weeks before the event. During the three-day celebration the group will broadcast live from the event.

CBS Radio Pittsburgh Director of Sales Michael Spacc said in the announcement: “The event is all about free fun, food, entertainment and another chance for us to connect with the great people of our region.”
