In the always active world of sports radio, CBS Sports Radio has announced some lineup changes, starting Jan. 2.
The 6–9 a.m. morning troika of Tiki Barber, Brandon Tierney and Dana Jacobson will be replaced by CBS Sports Radio hand Brian Jones and Gregg Giannotti, drafted from CBS’ KDKA(FM) in Pittsburgh.
Tiki and Brandon now get to sleep in a few hours as they shift to 9 a.m.–noon, replacing John Feinstein.
Jim Rome and Doug Gottlieb keep their slots, noon–3 p.m. and 3–6 p.m., respectively.
Damon Amendola moves out of the graveyard shift and takes over 6–10 p.m., currently occupied by Brian Jones (see above) and Chris Moore. Scott Ferrall keeps his 10 p.m.–2 a.m. shift.
Amy Lawrence gets a daily gig, moving from weekends to the overnight 2–6 a.m. milk run.
Back in Pittsburgh, KDKA has announced that Colin Dunlap will take Giannotti’s place in the station’s morning show threesome, joining Josh Miller and Jim Colony. Dunlap has filled late nights and evenings for KDKA in the past.
