CBS Radio is a little ahead of schedule for its HD Radio conversions.
IBOC pioneer Glynn Walden tells me the broadcast group completed its 120th HD Radio conversion on June 29, beating its June 30, 2007 commitment to Ibiquity Digital by two stations.
As part of the CBS Radio divestiture of smaller markets, the broadcast group has sold 18 of those converted stations.
