Clear Channel Media and Entertainment has announced recent personnel changes.
Clear Channel Media and Entertainment Panama City says that John Lund has been named operations manager for the five-station Panama City, Fla., cluster and also the Tallahassee, Fla., cluster.
The Panama City stations are WDIZ(AM), WEBZ(FM), WFLF(FM), WFSY(FM) and WPAP(FM).
Lund will join Panama City team from Clear Channel Macon, where he served as operations manager for the market as well as regional programming manager for 22 stations. He has also held roles as an on-air personality and programmer for a variety of formats.
Clear Chanel’s San Antonio operations have announced that Brian Gann is the new program director at news station WOAI(AM) and sports talk KTKR(AM). Gann will start on Jan. 30 and report to Paula Newell, VP for programming for CC San Antonio.
Gann comes from Tulsa, Okla., where he was operations manager for Journal Broadcasting’s KFAQ(AM), KVOO(FM), KXBL(FM), KHTT(FM) and KBEZ(FM).
Rodney Anderson
In Dallas, Clear Channel’s KFXR(AM) said it is adding “The Rodney Anderson Radio Show” to its weekday lineup, effective immediately. The show will air on KFXR weekdays from 3–4 p.m. CT.
Anderson is a nationally-known expert, author and consumer advocate for financial wellness, a release said. In addition to his show on KFXR, Anderson appears regularly on a variety of television and news programs, as a sought-after financial analyst.
Clear Channel Dallas owns and operates KFXR, KZPS(FM), KEGL(FM), KDGE(FM), KDMX(FM) and KHKS(FM).
