Citadel this week appointed Randy L. Taylor as its permanent CFO. In January, AP reported, the company said Robert G. Freedline would resign at the end of that month. Taylor, former VP of finance and principal accounting officer, was named acting CFO and senior vice president then.

Last week the firm reported a quarterly loss of $848 million, according to AP.
