For the pre-Christmas period, French station Radio Classique has put together programming with a Broadway focus.

In addition to airing five daily extracts from various famous shows, the station will host a line-up of top-names from the musical business.

Presented by Sébastien Lancrenon and Georges Gad, the series will cover productions like West Side Story, Cabaret, New York, New York, Hair, Les Misérables and Cats.

The special guests invited include Petula Clark, Liza Minelli, Ute Lemper and Julia Migenes, as well as producer Sir Cameron Mackintosh, who was responsible for shows like The Phantom of the Opera, Miss Saigon and My Fair Lady, and Claude-Michel Schönberg, composer of Les Misérables and Miss Saigon.
