Clear Channel says it has agreed to sell 362 radio stations for $820 million, Reuters reports.
It said Wednesday it expects to receive $1.875 billion in proceeds from all divestitures announced to date, including the sale of other radio stations and its TV division.
These divestitures are not contingent upon completion of its ongoing merger proposal. The company is still trying to sell off another 86 stations in 16 markets.
