Clear Channel has appointed a new person to head its Washington lobbying operation. Jessica Marventano will join the company as Senior Vice President for Government Affairs on April 15. She will report to Andy Levin, who’s relocating to San Antonio following his February promotion to executive vice president and chief legal officer for Clear Channel.
