Clear Channel Taps Stevens, Mills for PD Spots

CC Phoenix names two new general sales managers

Clear Channel Media and Entertainment Allentown (Pa.) says Steven Mills is now program director for WZZO(FM), and Craig Stevens has also been promoted to program director for WRFY(FM) and WRAW(AM). 

Mills and Stevens will report directly to Jeff Hurley, regional program manager for Clear Channel Harrisburg, Allentown, Reading, Lancaster and Williamsport.

Mills and Stevens will develop content; compile daily and weekly music scheduling; manage station liners and promotional liners for events, website and special features; maintain record label contacts and relationships; and community service efforts. 

Mills has served the radio industry for more than 17 years and joins Clear Channel from Pembrook Pines Media Group, where he most recently served as corporate director of programming. His radio programming history includes KTBT in Tulsa, Okla., KBLR in Omaha, Neb., WLVY(FM) and WOKN in Elmira, N.Y., and WMXO in Olean, N.Y.

Stevens has been a part of the Clear Channel Allentown team for more than 21 years. In addition to his new role as program director for WRFY and WRAW, he will also continue to serve as program director for WAEB(AM) and operations manager for the Allentown market. 

Libia DeLucca

Clear Channel Phoenix has announced that George Flora and Libia DeLucca have both joined the company as general sales managers.

Flora joins Clear Channel Phoenix from ESPN Radio in Los Angeles, where he spent the past six years. Prior to that he was at CBS Radio in the same city for 12 years. In his new position, Flora will oversee all sales operations for KFYI(AM), KFYI Business and Fox Sports Radio.

DeLucca joins Clear Channel Phoenix after almost 14 years at Gannett Media in Phoenix. She served as a digital media account executive for her first seven years and most recently as digital sales manager for the local team. She will now work as one of Clear Channel Phoenix’s FM general sales managers and will also assist with brand manager responsibilities for KYOT(FM).

Clear Channel Allentown owns and operates WAEB(FM), WAEB(AM), WZZO(FM) and WSAN(AM). Clear Channel Phoenix owns and operates KNIX(FM), KESZ(FM), KYOT(FM), KMXP(FM), KZZP(FM), KFYI(AM), KGME(AM), KOY(AM).
