Clear Channel named Thea Mitchem operations manager for the Washington/Baltimore trade area and program director for WIHT(FM), Hot 99.5, a Clear Channel property.
The announcement was made by Hartley Adkins, president/market manager of Clear Channel Washington & Baltimore; she begins Sept. 8.
Mitchem was recently operations manager for Clear Channel’s operations in Philadelphia. Her previous experience included stops at WXYV(FM) in Baltimore and WPGC(FM) in Washington.
