Condace Pressley, RTNDA regional director for Georgia, Florida, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, has been elected president of the National Association of Black Journalists.
“We want to congratulate Condace on winning election to this important position,” says Barbara Cochran, RTNDA president. “Condace has contributed so much to both NABJ and RTNDA. Both organizations are fortunate to benefit from her leadership abilities.”
Pressley is the assistant program director for WSB(AM), Atlanta. She joined WSB in 1986 as a reporter/anchor, later becoming weekend and evening news anchor, then assignment editor. In 1999, she became assistant program director and manager of the station’s daily operations. Her NABJ board experience includes serving as regional
director and vice president/broadcast.
