Connolly Named FCC Chief Economist

Michelle Connolly has been named chief economist of the FCC.
Connolly is a member of the economics faculty at Duke University, described as an expert in international trade, growth and development. Prior to joining Duke in 1997, Connolly spent a year as an economist at the Federal Reserve Bank in New York.
