Several consumer electronics representatives plan to detail how they will support the HD Radio rollout at a press conference held by Ibiquity Digital at the upcoming NAB show.
By the end of 2005, Ibiquity predicts, a dozen receiver manufacturers will offer HD Radio products in categories that include aftermarket automotive, tabletop, and high-end home.
Representatives from Boston Acoustics, Good Guys, Panasonic, Polk Audio and Sanyo are planned to speak at the event Tuesday, April 19.
