The head of a community broadcasters organization is urging members who rely on the PRSS to start using the new ContentDepot distribution system as soon as possible.
“The Public Radio Satellite System has launched ContentDepot as of Nov. 1,” wrote Carol Pierson, president of the National Federation of Community Broadcasters.
“If you use the PRSS, you have until the end of January to start using it. I would recommend that you start as soon as possible so that you have time to get everyone trained.” The PRSS has posted training materials at prss.org.
