The Arbitron Advisory Council Wants More People Meter Studies, in Philly and another market. The council says data comparing PPM to diary use leaves a lot of unanswered questions that its members believe might be answered in another market trial. Arbitron was encouraged by the discussions and pledged to cooperate with the council.
