One of the NAB’s most public efforts at the big show in April is its Crystal Awards for radio and TV stations. The awards are given for outstanding community activities.
Radio and TV each have their own awards. Deadline for nominations is Feb. 4.
Commercial and noncommercial stations are eligible; 2010 Crystal winners are not.
The NAB website has tips and guidelines. The award presentation will take place at the NAB Radio Luncheon, April 12. Winners will be announced on March 14.
