Paul Horton
Cumulus Media’s Montgomery, Ala., cluster has appointed Paul Horton as program director and morning show host for WMXS(FM), and the company also named Gary Nolan as PD and midday on-air host for KQHN(FM) in Shreveport, La.
Horton debuted on “The Mix Morning Show,” which airs weekdays from 6–10 a.m. He joins Cumulus from WVRV(FM), also in Montgomery.
Gary Nolan
Nolan joins Cumulus Media-Shreveport/Bossier City from WMAG(FM) in Greensboro, N.C. He has 30 years’ experience as a program director and on-air talent in markets including New York, Minneapolis, Seattle and Denver. He also had previously programmed for Cumulus in Kansas City.
His show will air weekdays from 10 a.m.–3 p.m., beginning Jan. 2.
