Dan Bennett has been promoted to Cumulus Media’s regional vice president, overseeing station operations in Houston and Dallas.
Bennett has been vice president/market manager of Cumulus’ seven-station Dallas cluster since 2006, when the company acquired Susquehanna Radio. His role at Cumulus was expanded in 2011 with the company’s addition of the Citadel/ABC stations. Under his leadership, Cumulus Dallas has been named the winner of multiple Cumulus President’s Cup awards, which honor the station clusters with the highest revenue gains nationwide each quarter.
Cumulus Media provides content that is fully distributed through approximately 460 owned-and-operated stations in 90 U.S. media markets, more than 10,000 broadcast radio affiliates and numerous digital channels.
