There were numerous women who were called “Tokyo Rose” at one time or another for their radio broadcasts from Japan in the Second World War.
But among the most famous, or infamous, was Iva Ikuko Toguri D’Aquino, who died this week at age 90. The Washington Post provides a retrospective on her life.
