DAB Programming Choices Highlighted in New Ad Campaign

“More Stations. More Choice.” That’s how the marketing group promoting the Eureka-147 technology in the United Kingdom is positioning digital to the masses.
The line is used in print ads appearing in several newspapers starting this month, says the Digital Radio Development Bureau.
These are the first print ads used to tout digital radio in the U.K.; the DRDB estimates their value at about $184,000.
The ads highlight the breadth of programming available on digital radio stations. The ads are due to run until the end of November.
