The Arabian Radio Network (ARN) has deployed the Dalet Radio Suite from Dalet Digital Media Systems across its broadcast operations.

At the core of the installation is the DaletPlus Asset Management engine, which enables content management and distribution across ARN's nine radio channels, as well as its Web operations.

ARN produces three Arabic language channels, three English-language channels and three international channels, primarily targeting expatriate workers from the Indian subcontinent. Most of the stations are niche, music-based and several carry newscasts.

The multiplatform distribution engine combines tools in the Dalet Radio Suite for audio creation, scheduling, playout, and distribution. It also offers ARN customized content workflows and management that suites the individual needs of their stations for music and news.

"The Dalet flexible workflow engine provides an enterprise approach to production; giving us ultimate control as to who has access to assets and how they are used. In addition, the toolset in Dalet Radio Suite accommodates all aspects of our programming needs for both music and news production," stated Murad Jahangir, IT Manager for ARN.
