DB Elettronica will rename its newly acquired company, Screen Service, to Screen Future S.r.l., according to an announcement.
The Italian broadcast transmitter manufacturer will repurpose Screen Services’ research and development assets to further its mission in providing “deep domain specialization” and for “addressing any challenging needs in the FM and TV domain.”
The announcement also says DB’s TV product range will “be widened and strengthened” by the acquisition.
