Dees Joins NAB Broadcasting Hall of Fame

Rick Dees will be the next inductee into the NAB Broadcasting Hall of Fame.
The radio personality recently joined an Emmis station in Los Angeles; he’s heard by 70 million people on the syndicated “Rick Dees Weekly Top 40.”
Dees first made his radio mark at KIIS(FM) in Los Angeles; he’s appeared in TV shows and films. He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is a member of that state’s Broadcast Hall of Fame as well as the National TV/Radio Hall of Fame in Chicago and is a recipient of the NAB Marconi Radio Award.
