Delphi SkyFi2 Shipments Suspended

Shipments of the Delphi XM SkyFi2 to retailers have been suspended. It joins the Audiovox Xpress Model XMCK10, the suspension of which RW Online reported earlier.
The FCC alerted the companies and XM that its tests show both models are not in compliance with agency bandwidth specs or permissible emission limits.
Other XM-capable receivers might be affected by a suspension, an XM spokesman told the Associated Press.
The news came to light in XM’s latest filings to the SEC in which the satcaster said it’s trying several remedies to bring the models into compliance.
