Dialight Goes Low Profile

Dialight Corp. is promoting a low-profile, L864 series, LED-based flashing red beacon for
use on obstacles that pose hazards to aircraft navigation.
The unit replaces 300 mm incandescent obstruction lighting fixtures. It mounts onto standard bolt patterns. The company says its LEDs use 90 percent less energy and last much longer than incandescent lights. The new light can be operated in flashing or steady-state mode.
