Dialight Corp. said its new RTO Series of LED obstruction lights use a patent-pending optical design that makes them the most compact and efficient L-810 devices available for marking potential obstacles to aircraft navigation.
The lights can be operated in steady or flashing mode and are available as single or dual FAA-compliant fixtures for new installations or as retrofit lamp assemblies with adapters for replacing existing incandescent lights.
The lights are shock- and vibration-resistant use a high-flux LED technology that the company says lasts years longer than incandescent lights and uses 95% less energy.
