Dielectric Communications has turned to a man from the accounting side, John Capasso, as its president, effective immediately. He was the company’s CFO and also has been serving as CFO for the Communication and Technology Systems Group of Dielectric’s parent company, SPX Corp., a publicly traded firm with $5 billion in annual sales.
Long-time Dielectric President Lew Kling, who recently had returned to that post after replacing Greg Langston, is retiring, according to a company spokeswoman.
In the past year or so, Dielectric expanded by acquiring tower lighting company Flash Technology and tower construction/service firm Brookstone Telecom.
