Catalin Popescu joined Dielectric as an application/proposal engineer.
He’ll be responsible for the preparation of technical specs for TV, FM and mobile media RF systems. He comes to Dielectric from Larcan Inc., where he was manager of the project management and application engineering department.
Prior to Larcan, Popescu was director of the radio and television broadcasting department at the National Company of Radiocommunications (RADIOCOM) in Bucharest, Romania. Earlier he took part in Harris Corp.’s Co-op Engineering Program, working on the tuning and factory acceptance tests of FM transmitters.
