Digidesign Acquires Assets of Bomb Factory Digital

Digidesign has acquired the assets of Bomb Factory Digital Inc., which makes audio DSP effects for the Digidesign Pro Tools platform. Terms were not disclosed. Digidesign is part of publicly traded Avid Technology Inc. The company said it expects to announce its plans for deploying the Bomb Factory assets soon.
