Digigram Acquisition of Innova SON Complete

Digigram said it has completed its purchase of a French company that designs digital audio mixing consoles for sound reinforcement in live performance.
The acquisition follows a move made by Digigram when it acquired a minority stake in Innova SON early last year. Digigram now owns 100 percent of the company.
Digigram wants to see 40 percent of its business in the public address market this year, including fixed installations, live sound and sound reinforcement; this deal should help.
Innova SON will retain its identity and commercial autonomy within the company, Digigram said in a statement. Innova SON management remains in place.
