The annual Broadcasters Clinic takes place Oct. 14-16 at the Madison Marriott in Madison, Wis. For those registering prior to Sept. 15, the early bird fee is $115 for any two days, $130 for all three.
Seminars include “Planning for Digital Audio Infrastructure”; “Maintaining Audio Quality in the IBOC Era”; “A Planning Guide: Determining the Best IBOC Migration Path for Your AM or FM Station”; a panel discussion titled “Real World HD Radio”; and “Evaluating an AM Antenna System for Digital Capability.”
Thursday seminars focus more on DTV.
Monday evening’s activities include the national SBE board meeting. Wednesday evening has an SBE membership meeting followed by a national SBE awards reception and banquet, which requires a separate admissions ticket, available through the SBE.
