The FCC’s Media Bureau has announced mandatory electronic filing for the latest EEO form, a programming report called FCC 396-A. Mandatory electronic filing began on March 10. Paper versions of these forms will not be accepted, unless accompanied by a waiver request. Users can access the electronic filing system via the Internet from the Media Bureau’s Web Site at: www.fcc.gov/mb.
