Itelco Broadcast Srl. has completed its operational framework for the acquisition of Electrosys operations and the brand name. Itelco is majority-owned by Elenos Srl.
All activities covered by Electrosys will now begin operation under Itelco Broadcast Srl. management and marketing will reflect the new ownership, although Electrosys will have an independent commercial structure.
Each organization has and will have its own independent sales organization; Itelco Broadcast will continue to manage customers and third party partners through previous Electrosys arrangements.
Elenos is and will be mainly focused on the FM and digital TV market, with products and solutions branded Elenos; Itelco Broadcast will be mainly focused on the digital TV, scientific, medical and FM radio market, with products and solutions branded Itelco Broadcast-Electrosys.
