Educational Media Foundation is buying four Ohio FMs and 10 translators from Cedarville University.
Patrick Communications, representing the school, said the price is $2.3 million.
The stations are 30 kW station WCDR(FM) in Cedarville, which serves Dayton (Market 61); WOHC(FM), a 7 kW outlet in Chillicothe; WOHP(FM), a 1 kW station in Portsmouth; and WOCU, a construction permit in Sinking Springs. The three on-air stations play Christian programming.
The deal also involves 10 translators in Ohio and Indiana, including one in Columbus, Ohio, which is Arbitron Market 36.
