Emmis Offers 4 Million Stock Shares

Emmis Communications Corp. announced a public offering of 4 million shares of Class A common stock at a price to the public of $26.80 per share. The offering is expected to close next Tuesday, April 2, and the net aggregate proceeds from the offering are expected to be $104.5 million. Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown is acting as the sole book-running manager and Credit Suisse First Boston is co-lead manager for the offering.
