Emmis Posts Preferred Dividend

Emmis Communications announced a dividend for its 6.25 percent convertible preferred stock, payable Oct. 15 to shareholders of record on Oct. 2.
The per-share dividend for the quarter is $0.78125. Emmis trades on the NASDAQ exchange.
