After announcing a partnership back at the 2016 NAB Show, ENCO and Benztown have deployed their integrated radio automation and production library system at KLMI(FM) in Laramie, Wyo.
The new integration automates the process of ingesting and scheduling production library content into a radio automation system. As part of the collaboration, Benztown can also update and push content to ENCO’s DAD radio automation system in real-time.
The DAD system can automatically pull content from the Benztown server as it appears. KLMI can then use ENCO’s Dropbox utility to manage content prior to scheduling and playout.
According to ENCO’s press release, this is the first deployment of the integrated system.
