ENCO Supports Digital Radio Alliance

ENCO Systems said its DAD Digital Audio Delivery System supports wireless data standards for HD Radio including support for Multicast HD2 channels.
ENCO showed an HD-compatible version of DAD at the Consumer Electronics Show in January of 2002, based on preliminary protocol specifications. It said its customers “can begin digital multicast and transmission of data elements, like song title, artist and CD name immediately using their HD Radio digital radio broadcast systems.”
