Encoda Systems Appoints CIO

Encoda Systems named Jack Donnelly as chief information officer and vice president. He will handle global information technology and service bureau activities. He had been VP of the Corporate Information Technology Group for Gambro Healthcare.
Encoda offers technology products for radio and other electronic media markets, including traffic and billing and automation services.
