Entercom and Bonneville Fire Up New Stations

Beginning of time brokerage agreement until FCC approval for station swaps

Friday is the first day of the Entercom/Bonneville deal wherein the two companies will operate select stations for each other, prior to acquisition, while the FCC looks over details trailing out from the now official acquisition of Lincoln Financial Media by Entercom.

In a time brokerage agreement Entercom will operate KSWD(FM) in Los Angeles.

For its part Bonneville, on Friday is undertaking Lincoln Financial’s old Denver stations KKFN(FM), KYGO(FM) and KEPN(AM) along with Entercom’s KOSI(FM).

An Entercom release says it expects the Entercom/Bonneville swaps to be approved in the fourth quarter.
