Entercom Communications announced that Carlos Lamadrid has been appointed as Entercom’s new vice president of national sales and strategic partnerships. He will report to Entercom Station Group President Weezie Kramer.
In this newly created position, Lamadrid will concentrate on increasing revenue in the company’s national sales channel, as well as develop integrated partnerships with national advertisers.
Lamadrid previously held the position of senior vice president of TC Media where he reported to the president and oversaw 18 magazines, TV/multiplatform media, licensing and branding.
Previously, Lamadrid was an executive vice president at Penske Media, a digital media company with a portfolio of lifestyle brands providing online content for sites such as Deadline, OnCars and HollywoodLife.
He also worked as the senior vice president and chief brand officer of the Woman’s Day Brand Group at Hachette Filipacchi Media.
