Entercom has promoted Candy Cintron to serve as program director for WLZL(FM) in Washington and tapped Blaise Howard as general sales manager for WBEB(FM) in Philadelphia.
Cintron has worked for the Hispanic-targeted station WLZL since 2009. For the past three years, she’s served as assistant program director and morning show producer. This year, she also participated in Mentoring and Inspiring Women in Radio Group’s 2018 Mildred Carter MIW Group Mentoring Program.
Blaise Howard previously spent 18 years as WBEB(FM)’s vice president and general manager before Entercom acquired the station.. Prior that job, he launched news/talk formatted KPIX(FM) for Group W Radio in San Francisco, and he also had a seven-year stint at KYW(AM).
