Tony Lorino
Entercom has named Tony Lorino as the new program director of hot AC station Star 94 in Atlanta, and Leigh McNabb, formerly of Entercom Milwaukee’s WXSS(FM), fills the position as PD of KZPT(FM) in Kansas City, which was vacated by Lorino.
This announcement comes on the heels of Entercom’s acquisition of Lincoln Financial Media, adding Star 94, which will simulcast on WSTR(FM) and WQXI(AM) beginning in August.
Lorino has been with Entercom since 2006 and spent four years with KZPT specifically. In addition to his role in Kansas City, he has served as a morning show producer and assistant program director at Entercom Milwaukee and also worked at KSTZ/KIOA in Des Moines, Iowa. He will be starting in Atlanta on July 20.
McNabb served as assistant PD, music director and midday host at WXSS(FM) under Brian Kelly. She previously hosted morning drive at WZOK(FM) in Rockford, Ill., middays in Champaign/Urbana, and promotions in Des Moines, Iowa.
