Entercom Communications has announced Jim Fox in Sacramento, Calif., Mike Moore in Portland, Ore., and Bob Barnett in Rochester, N.Y., each have been promoted to vice president of programming roles. Also, Entercom South Florida has upped Amy Freeman to general sales manager of Miami’s WLYF(FM) and WMXJ(FM).
Fox joined the radio industry in 1981 and began programming a decade later. He joined Entercom in Sacramento as station manager of KRXQ(FM) in 2003 and began overseeing all the Sacramento brands as operations manager in 2013.

Moore joined Entercom to program KWJJ(FM) in Portland after leaving WSIX(FM) in Nashville, Tenn., in September of 2003, and was promoted to operations manager for Entercom Portland in January 2013. Moore also serves as Entercom’s director of country music programming.
Barnett has 33 years of programming, operations and management experience working with stations in Miami, St. Louis, Nashville, Buffalo and Rochester, N.Y. He oversees programming for Entercom Rochester.
Freeman was previously regional account manager for Lincoln Financial Media, where she developed and led cross-platform media campaigns. Prior to that, she was vice president/director of sales for iHeartMedia Los Angeles, which included KIIS(FM) Los Angeles. She will be responsible for driving revenue growth, working with the sales staff to build business and identify market expansion opportunities.
