ERI Closes Andrew Broadcast Purchase

Electronics Research has closed on its agreement to purchase the broadcast product line from Andrew Corporation. The selected assets sold include filters, combiners and RF components for FM radio and television, antenna systems for television broadcast applications, and rigid transmission line products including the MACXLine and GUIDELine brands.
The purchase agreement includes Andrew assets from its Orland Park, Illinois location, and all of the assets at its Gray, Maine facility.
Financial details of the transaction are not being disclosed.
