The Egyptian Radio and Television Union (????? ??????? ? ?????????? ??????, ERTU) has selected the AEQ Arena digital audio mixer to equip six new studios in its different facilities.
The mixer is the central point of every installation, with 25 physical faders, which allows for working with up to nine different pages. Each mixer has 20 inputs and outputs, with line level 24 digital inputs and outputs, 59 general purpose GPI inputs and 59 GPO general purpose outputs designed for remote control of external units.
All the inputs and outputs of the system are balanced and over XLR connectors, except the GPIO, which uses a Wago multiconnector. AEQ supplies complete patch panel for each of the studios.
