Fairlight Radio Division Sold

Smart Media Solutions of Holland is buying Fairlight On Air, a radio division of the Fairlight Group.
“Since the financial difficulties of the Fairlight parent company at the beginning of the year the future of the On Air operations has been uncertain,” the buyer stated. “That uncertainty has now been resolved and the company can now focus on servicing its customers and continuing its aggressive CoSTAR and CoSMOS product development plans.”
The business will use the name Smart Media Solutions.
