FCC Creates New License Renewal Forms

The FCC has a new form for those filing for station license renewals. The revised form is FCC 303-S, March 2003 edition of the Application for Renewal of Broadcast Station License. This revised form is effective immediately and should be used by all broadcast station licensees. All previous editions of the FCC 303-S are obsolete and may not be used. The FCC 303-S form may be accessed using the Media Bureau’s Consolidated Database System at www.fcc.gov/mb/elecfile.html.
